What if I haven’t received my box?

If you haven’t received your box within the designated delivery window, we kindly ask that you send an email to kundeservice@simplefeast.com. Please note that we deliver from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., and that our supplier may encounter delays in course of the day’s deliveries. The delivery window stated in the text message you receive is an estimate. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the meal box will be delivered within this window.
