How do I pause my subscription?
You can always pause your subscription. Though do note that the deadline for cancelling an upcoming delivery is Wednesday at 10:00 am. You can pause your subscription through our app ‘Simple Feast – My food’. Click on the icon in the upper right corner and then click on ‘My subscriptions’. Find the subscription you want to pause and choose ‘Pause’.
When you want to reactivation your subscription, click on ‘Resume’. You can also write an e-mail to our Customer Support at email@example.com, informing us that you wish to pause your subscription, together with your full name and the delivery address.
Note that if you wish to pause your subscription before receiving your first delivery, please contact Customer Support.
