How can I pause, change or cancel my subscription?
You can change elements of your subscription (e.g. address, contact information, meal kit size) or simply pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your Simple Feast app. Just log in, and make the change. Alternatively, you can also email us at email@example.com, or call us at (855) 788-0443, with your change requests and we’d be happy to apply those changes for you.
Note that, depending on when you make a specific change in the app, that change may apply to subsequent delivery and not the upcoming one. If you need to make a change to an upcoming delivery and can't do so via the app, contact us and we’d be happy to assist you.
