How can I skip or change an upcoming order?

Skipping orders and making changes can be done from the DELIVERIES page in the app or on the website. These types of changes are time sensitive

Meal Selection & Order Change Deadlines:

  • Order skips, subscription pauses, and cancellations can be made in the app or online until 11:59 pm Wednesdays.
     

  • Weekly meal selections can be made until 11:59 pm the Thursday before delivery. 
     

  • Customer service will do their best to accommodate change requests received before we close at 7 pm Thursdays. 


    Please Note: We are unable to make changes or cancel orders after the order processing deadline.
