Can I use the offer for other Essentials products?
Yes, you can add additional Essentials products to your cart. You will also get a 25% discount on those, when you order them as part of your next 4 deliveries. You just need to include a Breakfast Box in each order.
Can the offer be used on meal kits?
No, the offer is only valid for our box with breakfast products.
How long can I use the offer?
The offer is valid in Denmark from August 12 - December 15, 2020.
On the last day of the offer period - December 15 - you can use the code BREAKFASTLOVE until midnight. If you use the discount code by the end of the offer period, you will still receive your deliveries with a discount, even though you receive them after December 15, 2020. The discount code can only be used once per customer.
How do I use the offer?
Go to our website www.simplefeast.com and select ‘Essentials’ on the top of our website. You find our boxes, including the Breakfast one, by scrolling a bit down on the page. Click ‘Add to cart’. Continue to payment by clicking on the cart icon in the top right corner. When we ask you to fill out your payment information, you will see the text ‘Do you have a discount code?’ Click the text to open the discount window. Write BREAKFASTLOVE and click ‘Redeem’. Now you will automatically receive 25% off the regular price on the first 4 deliveries of our box with Breakfast.
Can I use the offer, if I am already a customer?
The offer is also valid for active customers that are not using another discount code on Essentials (you can use the discount code in the period August 12 - December 15, 2020. If you already are getting our Breakfast Box delivered, or you want to add the box to your Essentials subscription, you can write an email to email@example.com. They are happy to help you make the change. If you want to use the discount on an upcoming delivery, we need your mail before Friday 11.00 AM.
Can I combine or transfer discount codes?
It is not possible to transfer discount codes. If you already are using a discount code on your Essentials subscription, you must wait until it expires, before you can use the code BREAKFASTLOVE. It is not possible to transfer an active discount code from your subscription to another Simple Feast customer. If you have questions about existing or new codes, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and our Customer Experience team is ready to help.
Do I need to receive all four deliveries in a row?
No, you do not need to have the four deliveries delivered four weeks in a row. You can choose, if you want our box with breakfast products every week, every other week, every third week, every fourth week or only once (however, be aware that by selecting a single delivery, you will only receive the discount on the one delivery - the discount cannot be saved for another order). You can also pause your subscription, skip a delivery, or cancel your subscription. Just note that the delivery is binding and cannot be cancelled, when you have used the discount code. You can administer details concerning your subscription in our app ‘Simple Feast - My Food’. You can also send an email to us on email@example.com. State your full name and your delivery address. If you want us to cancel an upcoming delivery, we need to hear from you no later than Wednesday, 10.00 AM.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime. However, your first delivery is binding and cannot be cancelled. If you cancel the subscription you cannot reactivate it and receive a previous discount. Cancellation happens in our app ‘Simple Feast - My Food’. You can also send an email to us on firstname.lastname@example.org. State your full name and your delivery address. If you want us to cancel an upcoming delivery, we need to hear from you no later than Wednesday, 10.00 AM.
Can I make changes to my selection of Essentials products?
Yes, you can add and remove Essentials products in our app ‘Simple Feast - My Food’. If you want to change your delivery for the upcoming Sunday, you need to do it no later than Wednesday, 10.00 AM. Please note that products might be sold out, so we are not able to make the change.
How do we refund?
If you receive a delivery, where something is missing or broken, we make a refund in accordance with our internal refund policy. We pay back the price of the product without the discount and delivery costs.
How does the offer work, if the delivery does not arrive?
If your delivery has not arrived, because we made a mistake, we make sure that your discount is valid for an additional week. Inform us about the error on email@example.com
