This butter is delicious on so many things, but a go-to for garlic bread. Spread on bread and toast in the oven or grill the bread and spread the butter on afterward.


  • 3 tablespoons softened plant-based butter

  • ¾ teaspoon finely grated garlic

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • ½ teaspoon finely chopped flat-leaf parsley

  • ⅛ teaspoon fine sea salt

  • 1/16 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 

  • Pinch crushed red pepper flakes, optional


Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl with a spatula until smooth.
